The guaranteed best rate applies to reservations made on one of the official sites of the Hôtels du Roy Group and must be referred to during validation of the reservation.
The guaranteed best rate applies only to the room price and excludes the amount for taxes and special services that might be provided by the hotel. The rates covered by the guarantee must be available to the public and reservable on one of the websites featuring the hotel concerned. The following are excluded: Unpublished rates and rates for groups, companies, residential seminars, private website sellers and any other unpublished rate which is the object of a linear contract between the hotel and a third party. Rate comparison implies that reservation conditions are strictly identical. Thus, a rate based on a non-reimbursed prepayment cannot be compared to a flexible rate that can be cancelled without fees.
The comparison used for the guaranteed best rate must concern identical rooms (category, number of occupants, added-value services like a terrace or amenities, etc...).
In cases where the lower rate is found in a currency different from that of Les Hôtels du Roy (euros), the applicable exchange rate is the one used by the hotel concerned at the time of reservation. Les Hôtels du Roy reserves the right to refuse the guarantee if the Group considers that the difference in room rates is due to the use of a different exchange rate by the hotel concerned.
