Far exceeded expectations: The receptionist at check-in greeted my sister and I with a very warm smile and she upgraded us to a suite too! This was a very time pleasant surprise since this was a birthday trip for my sister's 40th birthday. The hotel is nice and spacious and service is always friendly and efficient. It's also near metro and convenient to reach all parts of Paris. I would recommend without hesitation.
